Pricing questions, answered

When will pricing be announced?
Ahead of the 1 July 2026 start date. Pricing will be a monthly platform fee, a per-seat fee, and credits for verification checks, in AUD and excluding GST. Starting a trial now commits you to nothing.
How do verification credits work?
Identity checks on your customers (KYC) and on businesses (KYB) use credits, purchased on top of your subscription. You buy what you need, when you need it, and credits are valid for 12 months from purchase.
What happens when my trial ends?
Your program and records stay safe. Every trial ends with a grace period, so nothing is lost while you decide. Subscribe and you pick up exactly where you left off.
Does Custarra lodge reports with AUSTRAC for me?
No. Custarra helps you prepare suspicious matter, threshold transaction and cross-border movement reports, but your business remains the reporting entity that lodges them with AUSTRAC.
What happens to my records if I cancel?
Your records are yours. You can export them in an audit-ready format at any time, including during the grace period, so your seven-year record-keeping obligation is never at risk.
Is this legal advice?
No. Custarra provides general information and a guided program built on AUSTRAC's own starter kits. It helps you meet your obligations; it is not a substitute for legal advice on your specific circumstances.
